		<description>Hey now, I&#039;m as excited as the next guy about a new venue opening - and knowing how things go sometimes with new venues you have to admit that it&#039;s within reason to be skeptical. It&#039;s great to see that shows are being announced and staff is being hired though! I wish them luck.</description>

Cut em some slack ... as the old saying goes &quot;if you dont have anything nice to say... dont say anything at all.&quot;</description>
