The Maine State Pier is exactly what it sounds like - a pier off Commercial Street in Portland, Maine! For events like this , they build a special stage. Tickets are usually available in advance - I will keep an eye out for ticket info as the date approaches, but you may want to do some searches on Pollstar and Ticketmaster to try and find out.
