Maine College of Art will once again hold their holiday sale in the Porteous Building at 522 Congress Street. Due to campus construction, the sale was held off-site for the past three years. Now that renovations are complete and all studios are located in one building, the event will once again take place in Porteous. The sale provides an opportunity for MECA students, alumni, faculty and staff to sell affordable handmade arts, crafts and gifts for the holiday season. In addition, the College is opening the doors of the department studios to let shoppers meet local artists, get a behind-the-scenes look at the artmaking process, take tours and watch demonstrations. Admission is free.

* Family Photo Opportunity, 6–9pm
* Guided studio tours, 6pm and 7:15pm
* Live music by Lady Lamb the Beekeeper, 8–10pm
* Raffle Drawing, 9pm
* Artist Demonstrations
