Now that Time-Lag/Iele Tree has closed up shop, a new business is coming to the Arts District in Portland, right above Strange Maine.
On Wednesday, September 1st, Moody Lords will hold their grand opening at 578 Congress St. #2F in Portland, Maine. A new collective will take over the spot, maintaining a similarly eclectic, finely curated selection of goods. Madeline Leach (who has an excellent history of local business experience courtesy of Material Objects, Ferdinand, and Find) heads up the team with vintage clothing, along with Andrew Chang, Jake Millet (both formely of Bull Moose), and Adam Brokos to offer records and used/vintage electronics alongside local vinyl courtesy of Time-Lag and vintage clothing from Hand-Me-Down-Owl. The store’s hours will be Tuesday through Sunday, 11am-6pm. They can be reached at 207-773-9363.
Help the new business kick things off with a fundraising party at The Big Easy on August 22nd.
so excited for this to open up!
Yes! Scored a vintage plaid pullover shirt for under $10 there on First Friday. Simple and well selected records and clothing, have to go back again soon!
