On Tuesday night, two of Portland’s newer and fastest-rising bands played a TWO show at Port City Music Hall. Hi Tiger started the night with their Joy Division-inspired dark art pop, while Sunset Hearts‘ synthy, 80’s tunes that take on a Talking Heads and Morrissey tone, closed it out.
