There were a surprising number of good shows last night in Portland for a Wednesday, but while most of us were out rocking out at venues, I’m sure many more were at home watching a favorite of many Mainers on TV. Ray LaMontagne & The Pariah Dogs made an appearance on Conan O’Brien‘s show to perform his song “For The Summer” (from last year’s God Willin’ & The Creek Don’t Rise) watch the video below.
LaMontagne is up for 3 Grammies, which will be awarded this Sunday, February 13. God Willin’ & The Creek Don’t Rise is nominated for both Best Contemporary Folk Album and Best Engineered Album, Non-Classical, while the single “Beg Steal Or Borrow” is up for Song Of The Year.
