| Other Info | First Friday Art Walk, store/gallery re-opening! Window installations by The Pine Haven Collective, art by Jenny McGee Dougherty, music by The Mosquitos. "Rooted in the surfing and skate lifestyle with art at the forefront, Corduroy was founded by Tyler Briggs and Jim McGinley in April of 2007. Located in the gritty heart of Portland, Maine, Corduroy caters to an eclectic group of old school surfers, new-age locals and embraces community involvement by lending its space to various groups whether non-profit, youth programs, or art inspired events. Featuring local and national artists of the month, featuring the talent of Andy Davis, Nick Lavecchia, Julie Goldstien, Chris Dingwell, Christian Kozowyk, Randy Gaetano, Chris Pfeil, and Ty Williams have all graced the walls. Corduroy is fast becoming recognized for its unique gallery setting with a retail flare. Corduroy is currently closed while we complete some much needed renovations. We will be open starting February 2nd. Please join us February 6th for the re-opening. 59 Market St Portland, ME 04101 corduroysurf.com" |
