A web series in which musicians perform in their fans’ homes for their fans’ cats. Kitty Critic combines the earnest intimacy of NPR’s Tiny Desk Concerts with the satirical wit of The Daily Show… Plus cats. All episodes are filmed in, and feature musicians from Portland, Maine. The series is directed by Samuel James, filmed by Jon Reece and hosted by Jim LeJames. Kitty Critic’s first live event will include performances from each of the musicians featured throughout season one, the premiere of the first episode of season two and some hard hitting live interviews by host Mr. Jim LeJames. Half of all proceeds from Kitty Critic live will go to HART – the Homeless Animal Rescue Team.”
